Course programme
Our course programme for 2018 is now online. You can find it as usual on our qualification portal for doctoral candidates. This year, we offer three courses on the topics “German as an academic language“ and “Intercultural competences”:
- Deutsch im universitären Kontext: Wissenschaftskommunikation, Präsentieren und Vorträge halten (18th/26th/27th May 2018)
- Schreibwerkstatt II – Deutsch als Wissenschaftssprache: Schreiben mit Stil und Methode (15th/22nd June 2018)
- Neue Perspektiven: Interkulturelles Kompetenztraining/New Perspectives: Intercultural Competence Training (12th June 2018)
These workshops are addressed primarily to international doctoral candidates who have not been educated in the German university system but write their dissertation or other academic texts in German and present their research in German. Of course they are also open for everyone who is interested. Detailed information on the courses as well as the possibility to register can be found on the respective websites.
