At this point we recurrently announce small modifications and alterations of our funding lines, which have been resolved by the board. These announcements might give the impression of excessive bureaucracy; first and foremost, however, they serve for giving you planning security, for example in the case of conference and research trips: The board has decided that in case of conference and research trips which are combined with more than five days holiday, GSGG only refunds the accommodation costs and, where applicable, the conference fee and mobility on site. In this case, you have to bear the costs for the outward journey and the return journey. This resolution orients at the travel expense guidelines which apply to the employees of university.
