Grants and Allowances
It is still possible to apply for emergency grants. The aim of the funding is to provide short-term support to doctoral candidates in financial emergencies for which they are not responsible.
The requirements for the award of travel grants (conference and research trips) are adapted to the university’s COVID-19 level plan. For example, if level 1 is valid, the statement of a supervisor when applying for travel allowances is omitted. The regulations apply to doctoral candidates with and without employee status.
