Experimental online citizens‘ forum on the subject of pandemic apps (Institute for Ethics and the History of Medicine)

November 15/16 and 18, 2021 (November 15: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., November 16 and 18: 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.), zoom

The citizens‘ forum is testing an innovative form of direct citizen participation. The participants have the opportunity to exchange ideas about the handling and development of pandemic apps, to interview experts and to discuss them together. The forum is led by scientists from the future discourse team under the direction of Prof. Dr. Silke Schicktanz. Doctoral candidates are explicitly invited to actively participate in the forum. At the end of the citizens‘ forum, a joint position paper is to be drawn up, which should serve as a recommendation for action for scientific health research.
