The workshop is aimed at interested newcomers to teaching who can gain insights into implementation possibilities for digital as well as face-to-face teaching and develop ideas for their own teaching. The workshop also aims to identify entry points for becoming more aware of discrimination risks in teaching and studying and to become active in one’s own role as a lecturer.
