Prevention Program for Family Caregivers (Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity)

Now in its 4th round, the University’s Family Caregiver Prevention Program is helping to ensure that family caregivers, or those who will be involved in family caregiving in the foreseeable future, are informed about their options for balancing career/academics and caregiving.
In online lectures and workshops, information is provided about support and relief options (including time off and reduction of working hours) and assistance is provided in concrete care situations, as well as exchange with other caregivers.
