On 25th September, a workshop with Prof. Dr Michael M. Burgess on the topic “Collectivity in Bioethics. Ethical analysis of stakeholder and public engagement” will take place. Michael M. Burgess is professor at the W. Maurice Young Centre for Applied Ethics and at the Department of Medical Genetics at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and researches on, inter alia, public engagement in scientific and political decisions (inter alia in the field of biological databases).
