In the event series “‘Alle Gleich Anders!?’ – Diversity in Theorie und Praxis”, this year the focus is on dealing with (German) colonial history in teaching. The current debate about making racism visible and naming it also addresses science and its institutions, which in the 19th and 20th centuries contributed significantly to the legitimation and reproduction of racism and colonialism.
