Childcare during business trips and qualification measures (offered by the University’s Family Service)
As members of the university, doctoral parents have the opportunity to receive financial support (max. 500 € per year) for childcare when they go on a business trip or participate in qualification measures. Travel and accommodation costs of the child and a caregiver can be subsidized. All doctoral students who are enrolled at the University of Göttingen are entitled to apply (not only doctoral students with employee status).
