On 5th and 6th June 2019, the science historian Hans-Jörg Rheinberger is guest at ZTMK as a “Featured Thinker”. Rheinberger, former director of the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science in Berlin, will give a lecture on the topic ”Über die narrative Ordnung des Experiments”; the following day, he will conduct a workshop for doctoral candidates. Please find further information here soon.

With the expansion of the Featured Thinker series by workshops for doctoral candidates, we take up multiple suggestions by doctoral candidates and professors to establish a panel for the interdisciplinary exchange on theories and methods, which are broadly compatible in the humanities and in related socioscientific fields.
